SUMMER CAMP PAYMENT #1 Google Form (Due Jan 20th!)
Troop 219 will be heading the Rocky Mointains for summer camp 2020. We will be attending Ben Delatour Scout Ranch the week of June 21, 2020.
All scouts are encouraged to attend and to remember that high adventure is not a substitute for summer camp.

All Scouts and adults will need a current BSA Annual Health & Medical Record. The physical forms are needed plus copies of insurance cards before we leave.
All registered adults also need a current Youth Protection Training certificate. If you don't have one or need to renew, it will take about 20 minutes online at the BSA My Scouting website, my.scouting.org.
A summer camp packet with medical forms, permission forms, merit badge list, and other important information will be available in late February / early March.
Additional information will be emailed and posted as it is made available.

The 1st payment is due at the troop meeting on January (20th).
If you plan to go to summer camp (all scouts should go) and have not made a deposit (youth or adult), just include that amount in your first payment as indicated in the Google Form.
The troop is required to make our next payment before February 1st, so please be prompt and bring your payment to the meeting on Jan. 20th.
Everyone needs to fill in the Google Form regardless of you going or not to summer camp so that I can be assured that I know everyone’s intention.
